This place always seems to be submerged and therefore long delays occur This is the 2nd time I rented from here where there was only one person working the counter and one person to get ready cars and at least a dozen of people online, I think that given the circumstances workforce, the staff was pretty good with their behavior, but I agree with other reviewers that the staff is quite robotic and I guess you just be happy that they are not throwing in the towel and walk as they face pressure to lots of customers, I consider it principally Hertz fault and I wish they would treat as a local, I am also saddened that the first experience of New Orleans most of these on the visitors of the city is a dysfunctional rental car that Fout everyone s reservation and apparently all the customers leave with u No frown on their face to begin their journeys It seems that almost all customers had a problem with their reservation and the girl at the counter just go through the motions within the parameters set by Hertz to conclude your holiday without losing Kudos to her this Sá difficult scenario the location is convenient but for most you will wait longer there facing the line of people and takes extra time for everyone to secure their reservation as to lead to a more suitable location staff were great, but it is still under a 3 star is actually for the patience and tolerance of the staff in all of my experiences Hertz country facing all the problems they have not created and must solve them -Same.

I quite agree with all the negative comments or mixed at this, I had the feeling that employees do not like their job, were on autopilot and did not care to provide anything to -Dessus average customer service this makes me sad because most customers that I saw, there were visitors from out here on vacation - I hate that it's their first impression of our city and our people pick up and drop our rental was well he always takes longer than you think - prepare to wait.
