How to Jump Start a Car - EricTheCarGuy

I'll finish my sometime dealer this week so direct ISN yet been activated I'll ask them questions on DIY ing these updates, I can guarantee that this will be received with a confused look with an answer Its a new car, I do not know, we'll see that I was going to say if the update does not just tell them it suddenly like that when the car started, of course that the mechanic will download the car to send Peugeot show what you did, when you said to her I trust still think if the update goes wrong update failed it rolls back to the original lots Peugeot need to clarify a YouTube video the procedure and instructions if the update would be a start.
True, but it is up to the trust chain if you like Peugeot TomTom difficult on any matter arising from the update.
Earlier this week, we had a 3degC night and the next morning one thing to note is that the touch screen and the screen bindle was slower than normal - almost like the old Nokia screens if you went snowboarding Yet they quickly return to normal speed once the car was up to speed.
I noted a few menu items take a little more time to respond - usually the sliding bars.
Wait a little while watching to see if they begin to offer new versions.

Annoyingly you patch then they could whinge that your patch was not been made by a dealer and passes warrantee the window rather than common sense logic dealer but I guess that's why he can t WiFi update is safety and security - rather than someone PSA blackmail attempt by doing all their WiFi tied cars suddenly became useless or worse - injure clients to kill.
So I do the software update t mind being on USB Peugeot UK but I would like to make it an easy customer.
I have a software engineering education, though my days are now filled with breeding cats instead of fingers in the mixture and if Apple can do simple - so if Peugeot.
Touch screens don t like cold, Peugeot should have tested the screens in a cold room until less time winters where some cars eventually are much colder than ours, as they return to the speed quickly probably not a big deal.
These Peugeot updates placed on the French site is large enough 2 5GB for firmware and the card was 7GB this file size is far from big to OTA IMHO only way USB is I do not see how Peugeot could make it easier download unpack to a USB key, begin to stick your USB engine, follow the instructions on the screen I've said before that there must be a fall back if the update goes wrong, I'm still will test it lol I updated the FW twice and once the card without problems, more difficult for the non-techy is how to extract the file to a Google USB is their friend here the only thing remember, you may be offered map and updates FW you can update one at a time to extract the FW file to the USB upgrade and then remove USB and then extract the card and update updates Apple, they can not be performed ed on the Wi-Fi Peugeot network could do it, but for me not have Wi-Fi with parked my car outside my house, I doubt Peugeot could whinge if something did go wrong because you downloaded from there using the site your username in the UK and the password, they could stop all but the French accessing the site quite easily and have chosen not Whichever way Peugeot has chosen to make such updates a little upset if OTA, it would take forever if WIFI only some wouldn t get outside their apartment house I think USB is the best way, that's me.

A word of warning for those looking for the French My Peugeot when you are not connected, it will display the available updates for the car a message on the bottom of the car left click the date will take you to the page firmware downloading maps and license I no idea what the license is that I did not download it all to me in charge of the car without problem, once you have clicked on the site dates assumes that you have downloaded updates and wont show on the home page again These updates are really not difficult to extract the file to a USB plug into the car mine enters unrecognized media, but after a few seconds, said setting update proceed or not each update firmware card and take about half an hour you have to do each separately download each file from my Peugeot France, downloading the ent and took about 40 minutes on my connection 100mb I always proceeds first firmware load on a USB drive once done, he said removing USB and the system reboots as art, delete the file from your USB s tick extract the file from the card and the same procedure that I just put the V-21 May 68 24_NAC r0 on my car do the blank screen for a good few minutes before showing the firmware update and a bar status as I received a parking aid not fault messages need to worry that his handicap for the update.
I think the British dealers will soon get tired of doing these updates each takes half an hour and firmware card and at least 1 hour total and require that the motor is running, he said when updates day start with the freshest even saying no to move the car update firmware and maps was always intended to make the user the only way you can fuck it up is to remove the USB key or run the engine soon, I imagine that if something goes wrong the system will simply roll itself back to current firmware, I have no intension of tests to prove lol.
There will be many of you reading this who are happy with their cars and have no interest in anything the update that well that I'm nerdy lol and will update with every release so Peugeot has gone to the expense and trouble free new FW it must be for a reason, even if it is not obvious.
Sorry, it became a test, I'll shut up now lol.

I'm like that, until I updated my wife 508 GT, and it appeared after you have run the update you need to run an audio calibration that needs a distributor therefore only tool setting update was fine, but the bluetooth microphone was smashed and no distributor in the UK had no clue on how to run the audio calibration because they are clueless.
