Hello, Montreal is a great affordable city living compared to most cities, but in my opinion, if you want to live in the hip and regions happens it won t come cheap, I must say that Montreal is a city that is very clicky there are many organizations, groups, clubs and everyone is very clicky's really hard to make friends in this town if you do not speak French, it is even worse Montreal is not that not cher- it might be cheaper the food used to be better and less expensive social programs here are good, but not great Montreal needs to improve is the transport system that I find allot of people here very selfish, I do not want selfish say they are not polite and keep the door open for you, but people only care about themselves still talk about wanting to be part of a community most people in Montreal are friendly e Does helpful But beware if your a woman you can be attacked in broad daylight and nobody will come to your-state not even the police, I guess that is how in most cities as it is ot discrimination against Anglophones here.
