A police helicopter was called to intercept a convoy of five speeding British sports cars on the way to Spain.
French police have sent a helicopter chasing five British sports cars registered - including a Lamborghini and a pair of Porsche - after an officer stopped service spotted them speeding down a highway.
The officer was driving his private car on the A63 near Biarritz in the south west where British vehicles have surpassed at speeds well above the French maximum limit of 130 km 80 mph.
