I called last month - June 2016 - to seek an expert opinion on my roof Plural state s after some strange noises he made when opening I have not just come away with the knowledge that I needed before a long drive to Cornwall that all was well, but a lot of information about the car and its history the council was free, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable for an hour, he showed how SDS Point know these cars and how best to maintain them is an approach that also follows the philosophy eminently sensible If it ain t broke, don t fix it so as to avoid spending unnecessary work before it's really not justified not a notable feature of many garages these days I happily recommend their services without hesitation to any owner Plural and hope to reward their kindness with a real working one day a I know I could not put the car in better hands when the time comes.
I took my car to the French diagnostic services such as the roof does not close The mechanic was amazing, he managed to get the roof closed right away and checked all the wiring for me, I had also planned on repairing rear windows as they weren t opening and closing da I recently bought this car just as a project, he explained that it was actually a tricky job and agreed to fix as one of the windows and show me how it was done so that I would be able fix the other he was very helpful and I'm really grateful that he was able to share his knowledge and expertise with me.
When the hinge slammed on my back window, I took the car Citroen dealership in Liverpool who cited the first in 1800 and 3000 to repair As a plate 57 which means it was radiation to a hinge that I looked on the Internet and found French diagnostic services with lots of good reviews I called and spoke to Stuart and they were able to repair the car 2 days later, I went down to Liverpool and met Sean, the expert technician I decided to the two hinges replaced Sean took me to Telford train station and came back 2 days later, work is on-site and Sean and Stuart are two of the nicest men you could hope to handle I highly recommend this garage.
I bought a plural C3 auction for my daughters 17th birthday only to find that the roof was not working, the shoe would not open and the doors are unlocked by the key fob, and did not know what to do so I rang around a few local garages and got about 200 different causes of high prices and the problem like oh you might need a new roof or it will cost you an arm and a leg to get these problems sorted order to have been put off by the doomsayers I search the Internet and C3 owners forums, and everything more or less pointed FDS world I gave them a call and asked if I could bring my car the next day, waiting to understand that we are very busy and it will be at least 2-3 weeks, but not all, Stuart who took the call was very accommodating and said not a problem, we'll see you tomorrow, yo us do not hear that many garages So I went to the round trip 264 miles not expect a lot of results and a very important bill that I met Sean who attended the car right away, Sean knows really his thing, actually I do not think there is a problem that has not met or could not fix with C3 after what appears to be a short 15 minutes, he found the because, had everything fixed and sorted keyring well and I went home in less than 2 hours with a car that could now be locked and a roof and working tailgate as it should and all for a very low price very reasonable and a happy girl all I can say is thank you Sean and guys MSDS, can t you recommend strong enough, first class service, competent and full staff good advice if your citroen has problems that nobody else can solve, don t mechanical or electr ic even hesitate or bother to look elsewhere, just pick up the phone and book your car with FDS, you will not be disappointed.
Apologies for taking so long to write my review After failing to find someone local to help us to repair the roof and trunk of our beloved car wee daughter and I traveled to and from 600 mile from the garage to fix our sunroof and boot a big thank you to Sean and co who were very professional and knowledgeable regarding the roof of the car was definitely working again and to be able to use the shoe is fantastic I highly recommend this garage for any make and model of car waiting for a dry spring now so we can go around with the roof open again.

We live in Belgium and when the roof of our plural stopped working, we went to the garage Citroën where we bought the new car We love each client MSDS Plural was shocked to be told that the price of the repair IEA new roof about total 5000 euros more I decided to check the internet and found homeless, a few phone calls and reassuring comments from Sean Stewart and we booked the car and package tour with a visit to some friends the repair was completed in about 5 hours and we are delighted with the result Thankyou all at great SDS service and attention you gave us to think about getting the car serviced by on our next visit to the UK.

Sean son Thank you thank you I am the chief engineer and owner of a garage in Geneva and can say modestly that I successfully navigated my way through many difficult diagnoses in the last 15 years, but every now and then I 'm stuck, I went to Citroën twice as big dealer in Switzerland and they were slightly worse than useless I called without much optimism to SDS after being properly stuck with my roof system brain death C3 Pluriel Sean knew the system as he had built himself, he took the time to visualize quickly the basic controls with me and when we ran together in a brick wall, he stuck with it until we are at the bottom of which was a crazy programming problem, I dare not record here the number of exchanges or the time he spent on the phone with me, just tell it was over and -delà the call of duty a big thank you to all the team for allowing a work environment that SDF allows a technician to devote k ind of time with a problem that is not even on site and during hats Sean, a competent and passionate technician, to stick with it against all odds that I owe you a keg of your favorite beverage Pitstop Garage team.

Well, if you ever loved your car and worried about it as a family member, you will understand how I feel about my Muriel Some ages arrive but when we all need to see a leak specialist, rumblings from below and sadly sagging roof desperate times but we found French diagnostics and I entrusted my beloved little car to Sean Muriel is now reborn, we found a friend who is really enthusiastic about these wonderful cars and he really knows his stuff inside and a true gentleman and a hero you thank you xx.
There is just one week, I thought my car was either radiation or would cost me more than 4,000 to repair Opening the trunk of my Plurial the top left corner fell away leaving the starting unable to close or lock and pulling the roof open with her Citroen will not sell you the hinge needed to repair the startup roof and the only way they will fix for you is that if you buy a new home while I devastated I find homeless online and phoned and spoke to Sean - Godsend what he was, he assured me that he could fix my car for a fraction of the price quoted Citroën and I am willing to drive from London to Shropshire But I found Citroën a technician in a garage next to me who was aware of the Plurial roofs too he first managed to get my car closed after Sean told me what to do and then he allowed me to buy chariot SDS Niere and said he would try to repair the roof start for me SDF me posted hinge and my local technician all set for the princely sum of 65 I could nt believe Many thanks to Sean and all SDS - there aren t many decent, kind, honest people like you around Sean spent time on more than one occasion to talk me through everything and he certainly knows his business.
The whole team is great, I bought some parts, service was clear and useful fast when I got up to the room I had great support, after a number of s call, I found the problem and Sean told me that the best way to sort, now fully operational roof with this great team a nice surprise in a world of poor service to find a company who are happy to help and yet still use and recommend to everyone Thanks Chris.

Guys MSDS are brilliant, friendly and know their stuff and can communicate in a way that even me with zero interest in cars outside of them who want to go obviously could understand - and being a veteran of Citreon dealers for 11 years is a small miracle, I resigned myself to my car costs an arm and a leg is stuck boot and leaking; but after pack me out of Telford shopping center they began to work on my car fixed shoe, MOT Ed and I go back afternoon; clearly explained what had been done and I got a demo on the way to close the boot They obviously know their stuff, love cars and are reasonably priced; which is a rare find today recommends everyone with who needs a little Plural nursing along.

I traveled over Norfolk on very short notice problems with my roof plural guys were fantastic, I decided to take the 4 and a half hour trip because of previous reviews and because of the patience they both showed me on the phone it was worth the trip, I basically broke what was a very busy day, but the guys took the time to help with the expertise and experience that Shaun has it worked by logic and methodical fault and we finished in two hours on a fault that seemed to defy logic and my roof is now operating just in time for what we can only hope will be a long hot summer in summary, nothing professional, logical and methodical, and most importantly, friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend these guys great to meet you Nice to meet you guys.
I drove 5 hours from London SE as expected with SDF They were fantastic again building my roof while 4, 5 hours while I enjoyed the delights of Telford mall They were professional and very helpful and the roof is as nine Thank you, I would like to recommend this garage.
Great job we had the car a few weeks now and Roolf is back to normal and to a fifth of the cost of the main dealer wanted citroen work Good service and efficient done on time and to estimate and guys demonstrated ' great depth knowledge of cars use them again but hope I will not need Mike.

An incredible experience, had a small problem with our roof and a cat and an insurance company contacted Sean and Stuart who was very helpful, as it is called Muriel's was booked for two days in early September, we booked a hotel for 3 nights we left Kent and decided to take a look around the area while we waited Sean was helpful, did not meet Stuart as he was nothing vacation was too much the car was fixed two days as promised we can not thank them enough and would recommend anyone with a plural of roof problems to contact the two beautiful men.

Dawn Devon Comments Sean was a life saver I had to tour the UK for 7 days and my sunroof and boot only worked not think I was in the sh t like I could get to punctures the spare rank and he was a star and sorted the issue on the phone had been two local garages who said I had the main distributor thus leads Citroën by more than 1 hour to the diagnosis made me use a rental car and had to return the next day to be told the entire unit must be replaced I said how much for the unit waits for either the size of my hand said it was the entire rear window and section roof and the game was 3000, I had a nervous breakdown that the car is not worth much googled and found Sean and he immediately knew what he was my telling him what happened and with his help, we were too lo in to make it he talked us through the repair What an adorable guy like Dawn and Simon.
