Toulouse ended the loan Paris Saint-Germain Odsonne Edward because of his alleged involvement in a striker gun incident in February.
Edward, 19, is suspected of having shot a bystander with a BB airsoft gun pellets through the window of his car earlier this year before starting and was taken into custody at the end of last week for questioning.
Speaking with President RMC Sport Toulouse Olivier Sadran confirmed Edward will not play one minute for the club as his loan contract had been terminated and the player returned to his parent club.
Sadran also said that graduated from the youth academy Mathieu Cafaro was in the car with Edward at the time and the midfielder 20 years was fired for his role in the incident.
