Reservation details of your prepaid reservation, are fixed in the confirmation email sent to the email address you provided at time of booking.
Cancellation fees and cancellation You do not have a right of withdrawal of the reservation by Community law; However, you can cancel your reservation at any time for any reason by following the instructions on our website, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount if you cancel 3 days or more before the specified pick up time.

The refund due will be made to the credit card used to make your reservation.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time upon notice, but only for a good cause, as a case of force majeure affecting the availability of vehicles; a violation of a lease including your failure to pay any balance due for the rental; harassment or other improper behavior towards employees or Alamo customers, affiliates there, licensees and franchisees; or fraudulent activity this purpose, Force Majeure is defined as storms or weather conditions, earthquakes, floods or other acts of God, war and armed conflict, transport strikes or other events or conditions beyond the control of Alamo resulting in a shortage of vehicles at the branch location indicated in the booking in case of cancellation, we will refund the full amount of the reservation.
Changing When booking your vehicle please ensure that the dates and times entered are correct If your circumstances change and you need the vehicle over various periods dates, please change your reservation by following the instructions on our website.
You can change your booking online at any time up to 12 hours prior to your specified take the time we do not charge a change fee, but the new reservation will be at market rates Over the last 12 hours before pick up, you can not change your reservation.
No-shows - late arrivals and early for non-airport reservations - A vehicle will take place during 2 hours after taking the specified time after time, we can not guarantee that a vehicle will be available on arrival.
For reservations for the airport - If you included a flight number with your reservation, a vehicle will be held until the flight landed and cleared If a delay is the result of arriving flight after the hour closure of the branch, a staff member will wait theft earth clear if the delay is more than 1 hour after the branch closing time, a one off fee of hours may be charged if you have not included a flight number with your reservation, we will arrange a vehicle for a period of up to 2 hours after taking specified or until the closing time of the branch, whichever comes first.
If you arrive at the rental branch 1 day or more before the date indicated on the reservation, we can not have a selected vehicle rental available branch will honor your reservation subject to the availability of the selected vehicle.
If you fail to collect the vehicle at the specified return date, or if a vehicle was unavailable due to late arrival as mentioned above, you will not receive a refund of your reservation.
unused rental days Everyday unused rental or options on reservations paid in advance is not refundable.
Rental Agreement The reservation contract is a contract to ensure that the class selected vehicle is available for rent at the time and place indicated in the booking subject to these conditions is not a contract for service the vehicle rental lease agreement between Alamo and to the use of the vehicle during the rental period will be concluded only when you take the vehicle to the location of the branch concerned and will be concluded by the Alamo local entity concerned subsidiary or franchisee, will be subject to terms and local standard conditions existing at the time and place of rental and will be subject to the law of the place of rental.

License and Document Requirements All drivers must have a valid driving license in effect at least a year or more depending on the country rental and car category before the rental start date and present it to the rental counter at the start of the rental A valid major credit card must be presented at time of rental.
Limitation of Liability We, Alamo, and our officers, directors, employees and agents of each of these entities are not responsible for any delay in delivery or failure to provide a vehicle if the delay or failure arising from an event force majeure as defined above, and are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the booking and prepayment our breach of these Terms or our negligence unless such damages were foreseeable as an obvious consequence of our breach or were considered by you and us when we entered the contract booking.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of any implied warranty by law can not be excluded.
The agreement These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the prepaid reservation of a vehicle You acknowledge that by entering this reservation contract, you do not depend and you will no remedy in respect of any statement, representation, assurance or warranty that are not defined in these Terms.

Waiver If we fail to insist that you do any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions or if we do not impose our rights against you or if we delay doing so, it does not mean that we gave up our rights against you, and does not mean that you should not comply with these obligations If we waive a default by you, we will do the writing.

Deposit We will file a copy of the booking contract between us, you must save or print a copy of these Terms for your records, you will receive a confirmation email for your booking.

Child seats expenses 9 99 per day, per infant seat will be responsible infant seats must be requested at time of booking If the infant seat is not returned at the end of the rental, a fee will be evaluated the tenant.

The fuel level of the vehicle at the time of the hiring will be complete unless fuel is included in the rate of product, the lessee can return the car with a full tank of fuel or prepay for a full tank of fuel at the time of rental at the rate provided in the rental place if the tenant chooses the prepaid fuel option, no refunds will be given for unused fuel If the tenant does not return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel or select pre-paid fuel, the tenant will be responsible for delivering the fuel tank at a rate provided at the place where the vehicle is returned.

You will be responsible for the following liabilities or additional costs if they are incurred.
Additional rental fee for changes to the car rental booked, the rental period or optional products.
Damage, theft or responsibilities of third parties are not covered by a protective product.
All fines or penalty charges related to the operation of the vehicle during the rental period, such as parking fines and speeding, and the reasonable administration costs.
Legal costs incurred in collecting payments due under the terms of the lease.
Reasonable recovery costs if the vehicle is returned to the original rental.
The cost of cleaning the vehicle if you return the vehicle in a dirty state.
